About Chimay
Chimay is a Trappist beer from the Notre-Dame de Scourmont abbey near Chimay, Belgium. The monks have brewed there since 1862.
The beers are known by the colour of their cap: red, white (a tripel) and blue, the strongest and darkest at 9%.
