About Hoegaarden
The village of Hoegaarden had brewed wheat beer for centuries until its last brewery closed in the 1950s. Milkman Pierre Celis revived it in 1966, and with it the whole witbier style.
Hoegaarden Wit is cloudy, fresh and lightly spiced with coriander and orange peel. The brand now belongs to AB InBev.
