About IJwit
IJwit comes from Brouwerij 't IJ in Amsterdam, which Kaspar Peterson started in 1985 in an old bathhouse next to De Gooyer windmill. It was one of the first new breweries in the Netherlands after decades of only big lager brands.
IJwit is a cloudy 6.5% wheat beer. The brewery's logo is an ostrich with an egg.
