Delete your account
Deleting your account takes a few taps in the app, or an email if you no longer have the app.

In the app
Open the app and go to Profile. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete my account. This works in the iOS app and in the Android app, and it is done right away.
No longer have the app?
Email privacy@bierchecker.nl from the email address of your account and ask us to delete your account. We respond within a month.
What we delete
Your account, also on bierchecker.nl (the same account works on both), your saved places and your history. It is gone from our database right away, and from our backups within 12 weeks. We remove your user id from your reports and from venues you added.
What stays
The beers and prices of menus you scanned belong to the venue, not to you. They stay available to other visitors, no longer linked to you.
Only want to clear your history?
You can do that without deleting your account: in the app, go to History and tap Clear. Your saved places stay.
