About Boon
Brouwerij Boon in Lembeek, south of Brussels, makes lambic and gueuze. Frank Boon took over the brewery in the 1970s, when gueuze had almost disappeared, and helped save the style.
Oude geuze is a blend of young and old lambic, spontaneously fermented and aged in the bottle: sour, dry and complex.
